Refund policy

Returns -

Please check here often because as or inventory expands and changes so will this policy.

Due to the Spiritual and energetic nature of our products we are currently unable to offer Refunds or Exchanges on any product that has been open or used. We will carefully examine any product issues on a case by case bases and proceed accordingly to insure the best resolution for both parties.

To be eligible for a return, it must be within 7 days of the delivery date. In addition your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging in which you received it.

Valid proof of purchase is also required to process a return

Items Unable to be Returned
- Some health and personal care items such as bath salts and oils.
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error WILL NOT be eligible for return.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery WILL NOT be eligible for a return.

Sale items 

Sale items are all FINAL sale cannot be refunded or returned.Discount codes are 

Refunds (Limitations apply)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If the customer has not yet received a refund, we recommend to first check with your bank or credit card company.
Refunds can show pending in accounts for several days, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Keep in mind there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

The Customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If recieving a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

When shipping an item over $75, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
